| Cajun Party...we believe the two words are synonymous. Many events here in Louisiana are based on people gathering together to celebrate an occasion. Either way, food is being served and Cajun food is one of the best in these United States.
As a consultant, who has traveled from coast to coast and border to border, I have had many a good meal. (Plus, I have spent over 20 years of my life devoted to the Food and Beverage Industry.) However, I still believe Cajun cooking is the best. Like I said, I have tasted many other national and international influences of cooking and I intend to offer many of them on my web site as well. Meanwhile, we will continue working to bring our own line of food, cooking and serving products to you. A couple of our first products are the Cajun Party Tray and the Cajun Party Dip Mix. We are working on developing a new rub to be used for smoking, grilling and baking meats including beef, poultry, pork and seafood.
